Butterfly Pavilion.
Set on a steep slope near the valley floor, the pavilion overlooks a beautiful forest of a nature preserve. The butterfly roofs rise to guide the line of sight towards the ridgeline above. The roofs are perched upon board formed concrete walls that anchor the pavilion into the ground. A great room wing and a bedroom wing interlock with each other, stepping with the slope of the hillside.
